Our pick for November 2019's Colour of the month is Sherwin William's "Snowbound". We're approaching Winter, and in Vancouver that means one thing...preparing for the snow. Snowbound is the perfect name and colour for this season.
November is a special month for us, and the colour we have chosen reflects how much we love this season that is leading us to Christmas. The colour we chose for this month is gorgeous off-white colour that is perfect for almost every type of room you could imagine. It's neutral and brightens your space, making it look brand new!

Our pick for October 2019's Colour of the month is Sherwin William's "Ginger Root". As we arrive in the cooler months several things come to mind; hot chocolate, halloween, veggie soup, and warm cookies.
The colour we chose for this month is a neutral beige tone, perfect for a subtle yet warm living room or master bedroom. It's a great choice for if you want a neutral colour other than white or grey in your space.
September 2019 colour of the month
Our pick for September 2019's Colour of the month is Sherwin William's "Antique Red". Summer has ended and as we look outside our windows the leaves are beginning to fall. The mix of reds, oranges and yellows scream autumn, and we couldn't be happier. Some of our favourite memories as a family are going apple picking and playing with the kids on the playground as the leaves are changing colours around us.
Antique Red is a deep, muted red colour that makes any room pop, and pairs nicely with autumn and winter aesthetics. In our old house, we had a very similar colour in our living room and it constantly made us feel warm and cozy, yet elegant.
August 2019 colour of the month
Our pick for August 2019's Colour of the month is Sherwin William's "Sunset". As summer comes to an end, the perfect colour to represent the change to fall is a peachy-orange. Summer vacations typically take place in August and what better way to spend them, than to sit by the lake with your family and watch the sunset.
This bohemian colour works perfectly in bedrooms as well as living spaces and smaller rooms. It pairs well with a variety of colours and metals and is the perfect fit for your minimalistic, suburban, or traditional home.

Our pick for June 2019's Colour of the Month is Sherwin William's "Bora Bora Shore". With June being the official start of summer we chose something that represents summer in it's entirety. Bora Bora Shore embodies the sea, the sky and all the activities in between. As the days lengthen, children play outside later, happy hour lasts longer, and the sun is out more. This was our inspiration for picking "Bora Bora Shore".
This colour is a classic teal-blue with a hint of green. Its neutrality and happiness will liven up any room, whether it be a kids bedroom, or master bathroom. It works well with many accent colours and all colours and types of hardware.

Our pick for May 2019's Colour of the Month is Sherwin William's "Icy Lemonade". Growing up my favourite summer drink was a cold glass of homemade lemonade. Although Summer hasn't officially started, as we prepare for June to arrive the one thing on my mind is lemonade.
"Icy Lemonade" is the perfect warm, pastel yellow. It's subtle enough for those that want to add colour to their rooms, without it being too bright and bold.
